A three-season studio roof sunroom, or patio room, is an affordable way to add extra square footage to your home. While this type of sunroom shares some of the same characteristics with an all-season sunroom such as bringing natural light into your home, providing protection from the elements, and keeping the bugs and pollen outside, a three-season sunroom has a unique set of qualities.

  • A three-season sunroom is more affordable than an all-season sunroom. Due to the difference in the energy efficiency of the windows utilized in a three-season patio room, these rooms are most suitable for use in spring, summer, and fall.
  • Three-season patio rooms utilize single-paned, tempered glass windows. While this type of window is not as energy efficient as the windows found in an all-season room, they do offer most of the advantages of a double-paned window.

Three-season sunrooms also come in a range of custom colors that aren’t available for our all-season sunrooms. We offer White and Beige as our standard colors. Coffee brown and Clay are our two optional colors.
Optional Heating/AC System
It is possible to add a sunroom heating/cooling system for temperature control year-round which can allow for winter use of your room.

We know your three-season sunroom is a big investment, but we want you to know there are advantages to adding a sunroom over using conventional construction to expand the living area of your home.
